RETURN POLICY We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products at great prices. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products or you may request to return your unused order for a full refund.
Acceptable Reasons for Return.
Product is damaged or defective.
Product is not what you ordered.
You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
You ordered the wrong product.
Conditions for Returns
Request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
You must call us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
Product must be complete in original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a 100% refund.
Product must be returned within 15 days of the date the RMA is issued.
Amounts of Refund
100% price & shipping: Damaged, defective, or miss-sent items
85% price: You ordered the wrong product or no longer want or need the product.
85% or less: Returning the product without an RMA and most other reasons for return
0%: Item was purchased more than 60 days ago, or item received by Quality Products more than 15 days after RMA was issued.
All products that are received from us damaged will be replaced at no additional cost to you. In the event that a product is sent as a replacement but the damaged or defective product is not returned within 15 days you will be charged for the un-returned product without notice. Custom made orders are final sales unless previously arranged with Quality Products.
RETURN PROCEDURES
To return a product, please follow the steps below: 1. Email us at service@quality-products.net for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the original ship date. Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA:
Reason for return
Your name and contact information, including daytime phone number in case we need to call you back about your return.
2. Verify that the merchandise you are returning meets the Conditions for Returns (see above), including fully resalable condition (except for defective product).
3. Return the merchandise, insured, with delivery confirmation within 15 days of receiving RMA. Products returned, but not received by Quality Products are the sole responsibility of the customer. Use a trackable and insured shipping method for your own protection.
4. Clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. All RMA packages should be sent to the address we will designate. Some items may have been direct-shipped to you from the factory. In those cases, returns must be made to the factory.
CREDITS Credit will be issued after your return has been received and processed. Please allow 10 days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement. See above (Return Policy) for details about refund amounts.
PAYMENT Credit Card orders are accepted for any credit card accepted by PayPal processing which includes all major credit cards.
